Wednesday: 5 mile run w/ Joey (some 50m walk breaks every ~ 5 min) to Bommer Cyn followed by 2 mi cooldown walk.
Thursday: rest, then fly!
Friday: rest, first day of work
Saturday: 8 mi run in TN park : )
Sun, Nov 6: rest
Mon: 12 mi run back and forth x2 on river trail (not the town end). Tired! Face deformed by freckles??? Noooooooo (I need to wear sunblock)
weekly total: 25
next week: 5(w/7 TUT)-8-14 with mayor's 5k on Sunday (Nov 13)
